The Books for All Kids Program
The Books for All Kids Programs has been designed to provide books for Non-profits, for After-School Programs and Child Care Centers at no charge for the books. This program is not a competitive grant donation program. If you wish to be notified of the availability of books through this program please send us an e-mail. All book donations will be announced through e-mail alerts. If you wish to be notified about the Books for All Kids offer, please contact us. In your email, please provide us with the following
- Your full name and title;
- your organization's name, address, and telephone number;
- a brief description of your organization.
Program Policies
All organizations are required to provide a copy of their 501(c)3 or State Day Care License. The reading or educational materials must go to the organization applying for the books. Programming, Fiscal Agents or Lead Agencies cannot apply for blanket donations for redistribution to various sites. Each site has to complete a separate application.
Public and Charter Schools are not always eligible for donations. Some of our publishing partners prohibit us from donating their reading materials (books) to public and charter schools and programs that are located on public or charter school property, so the guidelines may vary from offer to offer.
All book donations are made on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to be considered for a donation please download this form and email it to booksforallkids@pwirtr.org We request that you do not submit the application until you have received an e-mail alert for us.
